How can I place an order?
Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow the instructions:
To order:
Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout
Enter all the required information
Choose the payment method
Click 'place order.'
3. Can I modify the order?
Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
4. Can I exchange the article I ordered online?
The order placed online cannot be exchanged unless there is a default in the piece. All orders need to be sent back within seven days of shipment.
5. What payment options do I have?
Cash on delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
6. Is COD available internationally?
Currently, the COD service is only applicable in Pakistan.
7. How Long does delivery take? And how much will it cost?
Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date you place your order. Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 5- 7 working days. Shipping charges
- Domestic – PKR 200
- International – will be calculated at checkout
During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will not be added to the total.
How much duties and taxes will i have to pay?
Shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.Please contact your local customs office for more information.
